Ask what you want media to do. If you want to direct a cast, tune a voice, or inhabit many scenarios, Character.AI is built around that creative range. If you want media to feel like something one familiar friend dropped into an existing thread, Mia is built around continuity.

Memory and continuity are not the same promise

Character.AI currently presents a free service and a c.ai+ subscription with monthly and annual billing. The subscription page describes benefits such as an ad-free experience and enhanced access. Exact benefits and prices can change, so the current subscription screen should settle a purchase decision.

Mia has no permanent free tier. Warmth's current terms describe a paid monthly membership and a lower effective monthly price on yearly billing, with a short yearly trial for eligible new members. The checkout disclosure controls if it differs from an article.
